This easy Red Velvet cheesecake with an Oreo pie crust is a fun and festive red dessert recipe that makes it perfect for holidays.

Ingredients

– Oreos – butter – cream cheese – granulated sugar – vanilla – red velvet cake mix – eggs – sour cream – water – powdered sugar

Prep the chicken

Toss your Oreos in a food processor to get your fine crumbles. Press the Oreo pie crust into the cheesecake pan as directed in the recipe card.

Adding your cream cheese in a bowl. Add in the red velvet box cake mix, and whip up till creamy. Add in your eggs and sour cream and mix until creamy.

Pour your red velvet cake cheesecake batter and pour on top of the Oreo cookie crust. Cover tightly and cook in your pressure cooker as directed.
