Instant Pot Thai Chicken Wraps

Grab that Instant Pot and get to cooking up these flavorful Instant Pot Thai Chicken Wraps! A sweet and savory season chicken that is then shredded and piled on an Asian lettuce wrap.


– Sesame Oil – Boneless chicken thighs – Peanut Butter  – Chicken Broth or bone broth – Fresh lime juice – Honey – Ginger – Garlic Powder – Sriracha – Salt & Pepper

Prep the chicken

Add sesame oil to Instant Pot and set the “Sauté” setting to high. Working in batches, if necessary, brown the chicken thighs, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.

Pour chicken broth into hot container and gently scrape up brown bits from bottom.
