- Yellow onion - Garlic cloves - Guinness (or similar) beer - Water - Corned beef brisket - Caraway seed - Bay leaves - Yellow mustard seed
Add onion and garlic to the inner pot. Add in the beer and water. Then set the corned beef on the metal trivet and lower into the pot so it sits on top of the onions.
When the cooking time has finished, allow the pressure to release naturally for about 20 minutes, and then release the remaining pressure.
Remove the meat using the metal trivet and then add in the cabbage, potatoes and carrots. You shouldn't need to add additional liquid, since there will be liquid remaining.
