No-Soak Instant Pot Black Beans Recipe

This homemade recipe is perfect for those who have limited time or little cooking experience but want to maintain healthy nutrition by cooking them self's.


- Water - Dry Black Beans - Sea Salt - Jamaican Jerk BBQ Seasoning - Garlic Powder - Onion Powder - Dried Cilantro Leaves - White Pepper

Prep the chicken

Combine all ingredients in the Instant Pot. Close the lid on the pressure cooker and turn the valve to sealing position.

Set to a manual high time for 35 minutes. When the cooking time has finished, allow for a manual release for 25 minutes.

Blend with an immersion blender or let cool and then blend in a stand blender. Add additional water if needed to reach desired consistency.
