Easy Instant Pot Brownie Cheesecake Recipe

Chocolate lovers will love this Instant Pot Brownie Cheesecake recipe. It is chocolaty, rich, and decadent. For this cheesecake, I started off with a delicious brownie bottomed 'crust'.


Crust - Brownie mix - Vegetable oil - Water - Egg Cheesecake Filling - Cream cheese - Granulated sugar - Eggs - All-purpose flour - Sour cream - Vanilla extract

Grease the sides and bottoms of a 6-inch push pan and line the pan with a parchment round.

Alternatively, you can also line the sides of the pan with parchment paper. Mix brownie batter ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Retain 1/2 cup brownie batter, and pour the rest into the push-pan and spread out evenly. Then, cover the pan with foil. Add 1 1/2 cups of water to the inner pot.
