Chimichurri Recipe 

Give this chicken chimichurri Instant Pot recipe a try. I created an authentic Argentian Chimichurri recipe for restaurant-quality flavor.

Ingredients

- Chicken - Chicken Broth - Parsley - Oregano - Cilantro - Garlic - Jalapeno - Red Pepper Flakes - Salt and Pepper - Red wine vinegar - Olive Oil

Prep the chicken

Add chicken breasts to the instant pot and cover with chicken broth. Seal and set to manual, high power for 12 minutes.

Allow 5-minute natural release, then quick-release remaining pressure. Shred the chicken.

Add parsley, oregano, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and sea salt to a food processor and pulse to form a paste.

Prep the chicken

Stir in olive oil, red wine vinegar, and liquid smoke. Set aside 3 tbsp of the chimichurri sauce. Stir chimichurri sauce into the shredded chicken breast.
