- Olive oil - Boneless skinless chicken tenderloins - Nature’s Seasoning - Garlic - Marinara sauce - Basil - Mozzarella cheese - Parmesan cheese
Turn your Instant Pot onto sauté mode. Once hot, pour in your vegetable oil. Add the chicken to your pan. Lightly sauté on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Add tomato sauce, garlic, and fresh basil to the inner pot. Add chicken back to the pot and it into the sauce. Set your Instant Pot on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once that time is done, do a quick pressure release by releasing the valve. Place mozzarella cheese & Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken, and top with the remaining basil.
Put the lid back on your pressure cooker and keep it on the warm setting, allowing the cheese to melt for about 5 minutes.
