It's said that daily consumption of Vitamin D, B6, and B12 is key for maintaining a healthy nervous and immune system.

Now I can't argue with science on this one, but after powering through my ever-growing laundry list of errands and to-dos daily, what my chewable multi-vitamin can't conquer is totally on its own.

That is why I am thankful for nutrient-dense proteins such as poultry and fish that can pick up the slack in this area.

Loaded with these three, plus being a top source for Omega-3 fatty acids, tilapia leads the way when it comes to a high-power meal for on-the-go people like myself.
