- salt and pepper

- stuffing mix

How To Cook Stuffed Pork Chops
- To make these stuffed pork chops, preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- In a cast-iron skillet, sear pork chops in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare the stuffing according to package directions, in the microwave or on the stovetop.
- Add dried cranberries to the prepared stuffing mix.
- Stuff each pork chop with the cranberry stuffing mix.
- In the cast iron pan, arrange the apples, sweet potatoes, onions, and garlic around and on the pork chops.
- Mix apple juice and maple syrup together. Drizzle over the pork chops.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 to 60 minutes. The sweet potatoes should be tender.
- Spoon the sauces over the top and serve.
- Enjoy the complete meal in one pan!

- 3- 1-1.5” thick pork loin chops (sliced into center to stuff)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 6-ounce box stuffing
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup butter
- ½ cup fresh cranberries
- 2 large apples
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1 large sweet potato, thickly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
- 1 teaspoon thyme

- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Sear pork chops in olive oil in the cast iron skillet on top of stove, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix the stuffing with water and butter and cook on top of the stove or in microwave according to package directions.
- Add dried cranberries to cooked stuffing.
- Stuff the pork chops with the cranberry stuffing mix.
- Arrange the apples, sweet potatoes, red onions, and garlic on top and around the pork chops.
- Mix apple juice and maple syrup together and drizzle over top.
- Cover skillet with foil and bake in oven for 45-60 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender.
