Brown Rice or brown basmati rice and water are all it takes to make this rice. This is a base recipe, but you can always add in fresh herbs and seasonings if you would like.
How Do You Make Instant Pot Brown Rice
Start by pouring the water into the Instant Pot, and then pour the brown rice in.
Gently stir the rice and then place the lid on the pressure cooker and make sure the valve is set to sealing. Do a manual cook for 15 minutes, with a 5 minute natural release of pressure.
You will then press off the remaining pressure and open the lid. Fluff the rice with a fork, and then serve up this perfectly cooked rice.
