What temperature should Pork Chops be cooked at?

    1. Season pork chops with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside.
    2. Add olive oil to the Instant Pot®, and select the sauté function. Turn to high, and let heat for a couple minutes and then add in half of the pork chops to brown. This will take about 3 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining pork chops.
    3. Turn sauté off and remove the pork chops. Add in a small amount of broth and deglaze the bottom of the inner pot by scraping anything stuck to the pan.
    4. Add all the pork chops back to the pan and add the remaining broth. Put on the lid and put the pressure valve to sealing.
    5. Set for a high pressure cooking time of 10 minutes. Once done, allow to release naturally for 10 minutes. Quick-release any remaining pressure.
    6. Take off the lid and put the chops on a plate. Add in the goat cheese to the Instant Pot and stir until it's melted completely.
    7. Serve with some cheese sauce spooned over the chops.

  • Can my dog eat Boneless Pork Chops? Oh boy... of course, your dog will love a piece of this delicious recipe! But please, first remove all the strong flavors from it: the garlic, Italian seasoning, and goat cheese aren't a good idea for your pal's stomach.
  • Can my cat eat Boneless Pork Chops? Yes, your cat can eat all the meat he wants. Only remember that garlic and cheese aren't a good idea, also ease with the seasoning, the salt, and the pepper. Remove those from the piece your plan to give to him and it will be a safe meal.
