- 4 medium pieces of naan bread
- 1 cup bbq sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 cups chopped raw shrimp about 10 chopped
- 1/2 red onion sliced
For Pico De Gallo
- 1 roma tomato chopped
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 1 lime juiced
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- For Pic De Gallo: In a medium bowl combine tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt and pepper. Set aside.
- For Pizzas: Spread BBQ Sauce over the naan breads and top with cheese, chopped shrimp, and red onion.
- Air Fry at 350 for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and the shrimp is pink and cooked.
- Remove from oven and top with Pico De Gallo and enjoy!
