  1. In a bowl, mix the seasoning, flour and cornstarch. Coat each pickle in mixture.Make sure to shake off the excess mixture.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg and dredge each pickle in egg wash.
  3. Coat each egg back in the flour mixture for a second coating, to create a thicker layer of breading and place in air fryer basket
  4. Spray with oil and cook on 400 for 5 minutes, flip and cook for 2 minutes or until the fried pickles are golden brown in color.

Notes

The oil helps the flour brown up, so spritz lightly with oil.

You can use parchment paper in the air fryer, to prevent sticking and mess.

Don't overlap the pickles, batch cook if you need to.
